Job summary

KKR seeks a Tech Product & Delivery Lead for Insurance Commercial and Risk to own end-to-end strategy and delivery of technology solutions powering the firm’s insurance pricing, product design, and risk management.

You will lead product managers and delivery leads, shaping a multi-year vision and driving complex programs with strong partnerships across Commercial, Actuarial Pricing, Product Development, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in system implementations, product management, technology delivery, or transformation roles in insurance.
• Proven track record leading product and delivery teams at scale across geographies.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams and executives in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year technology strategy and roadmap for Insurance Commercial and Risk technology stack.
• Drive governance of the insurance technology portfolio with near- and long-term priorities.
• Lead a team of product managers and delivery leads, ensuring disciplined discovery and delivery.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle across pricing, product design, and risk platforms.
• Champion modernization, AI-enabled transformation, and regulatory alignment across platforms.
