Responsibilities

• Completes annual escrow analyses for loans to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manages insurance and PMI payments and tracks open insurance loss proceeds.
• Reviews PMI cancellation requests and flood insurance at renewal to ensure coverage.
• Monitors property insurance status and force-placement processes with Insurance Tracking Service.
• Supports quarterly flood tracking and reporting to Compliance Committee.
• Stays current on bank products, procedures, and regulatory requirements through training.
• Ensures adherence to laws and bank policies, preventing violations and safeguarding interests.
• Verifies transactions and balances in line with BSA and regulations.
