Pronto Insurance is seeking a District Manager to lead our agency network across the California region. This role oversees Agency Managers, drives sales growth, ensures underwriting standards, and manages budgets and marketing initiatives.

Travel is extensive to support field operations and leadership across locations. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in insurance business experience, with 3+ years in agency management or district leadership, and strong people skills to coach teams toward

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year’s relevant business experience in insurance (Required).
• 3+ years’ experience in Management of an Insurance Agency or District Manager experience (Preferred).
• Strong leadership skills with ability to coach, develop and motivate to deliver performance.
• Excellent sales, influencing and oral communication skills.
• Uses a range of styles to influence and engage personnel.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Agency Managers and maintains positive relationships within Captive agencies and support departments.
• Manage growth and ensure execution of day-to-day activities across agencies.
• Develop and execute marketing plans and budgets.
• Prepare and present financial, sales and operations reports to senior leaders.
• Ensure underwriting excellence and adherence to company standards.
• Visit captive agencies to promote sales and assess offices.
