Job summary

Pronto Insurance is seeking a dynamic Insurance Agency Manager to lead local sales efforts in Oroville, CA. This full-time role offers an hourly base pay plus uncapped commissions and sales incentives, with comprehensive paid training and a required Limited Lines P&C license.

You will recruit, train, and coach agents, manage daily operations, and drive local marketing initiatives to grow revenue while ensuring high customer satisfaction and compliant underwriting procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service and Sales experience is highly preferred.
• Strong team-building and motivational skills; ability to comfortably present information to teams, clients, and public groups.
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are required for certain locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and data entry is necessary to capture accurate client information.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products and services through established channels within your assigned territory.
• Review daily engagement metrics—including call volume, quote production, closing ratios, and fee averages to hit performance targets.
• Execute daily grassroots marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and generate leads.
• Establish, monitor, and maintain strong business relationships to drive local marketing activities.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales agents to achieve performance goals.
• Foster a high-performing, customer-focused culture aligned with the Pronto service model.
• Coordinate agency campaigns and store visits, ensuring coverage during business hours.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports and operational updates as required.
