Pronto Insurance seeks an experienced Insurance District Manager to lead multiple agencies within the assigned region. You will oversee agency managers, shape growth strategies, and ensure operational excellence while maintaining strong relationships with captive partners.

The role emphasizes leadership, marketing execution, financial oversight, and adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements. California-focused, with travel as needed.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of relevant business experience in insurance.
• 3+ years experience in management of an Insurance Agency or District Manager experience.
• Strong leadership with proven ability to lead, coach, develop and motivate to deliver outstanding performance.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and Google products.
• Sound business planning and financial understanding with ability to interpret financial information.
• Excellent sales, influencing and oral communication skills.
• "Whatever it takes" attitude to reach sales goals.
• Performance driven with a passion for guest experience.
• Knowledge of company standards and policies; knowledge of TDI policies and regulations.

Mansioni

• Oversees Agency Managers and maintains positive relationships within captive agencies and support departments.
• Ensure company growth and proper management of agencies and day-to-day activities.
• Manage and optimize marketing plans and campaigns.
• Create, implement and manage a captive budget.
• Oversee grassroots marketing campaigns for captive agencies.
• Prepare and present financial, sales and operations reports to the Vice President of Sales.
• Troubleshoot and address problems as needed.
• Act as the point of contact for issues regarding Captive agencies.
• Ensure underwriting excellence in all agencies.
• Evaluate Insurance Management, Grassroots Marketing and Customer is Gold to improve customer experience and profitability.
• Influence District Managers to maximize profitability via promotions and marketing concepts.
• Meet daily with Sales VP to review Action Plan and Projects.
• Meet with Operations to review objectives and progress.
• Monitor sales throughout the day and make decisions accordingly.
• Ensure daily deposits are made on a timely basis by agencies.
• Adhere to company standards and procedures.
• Attend required management meetings and visit agencies to promote sales and assess compliance.
• Ensure excellent service by all agents to customers.
• Address areas of concern from daily operations promptly.
• Review and update action plans for relevance and impact.
• Ensure staff maintains and follows their personal action plans.
• Conduct Monthly Performance Evaluations and set new objectives.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on Captive agencies.
• Other duties as assigned.
