Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (optional)
• Minimum of 1 year’s relevant business experience in insurance.
• 3+ years’ experience in Management of an Insurance Agency or District Manager experience (Preferred)
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to lead, coach, develop and motivate to deliver outstanding performance
• Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and Google products
• Excellent sales, influencing and oral communication skills
• “Whatever it takes”

Responsibilities

• Oversees Agency Managers and is responsible for creating, managing and maintaining positive working relationships within Captive agencies and support departments.
• Ensure company growth, proper management of agencies and proper execution of day-to-day activities.
• Manage and optimize efforts in the creation and execution of marketing plans.
• Create, implement and manage a captive budget.
• Oversee grassroots marketing campaigns for captive agencies.
• Prepare and present financial, sales and operations reports to the Vice President of Sales.
• Troubleshoot and address problems as needed.
