Jobot is seeking an Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney in Central Texas with strong trial experience to join our premier civil litigation firm in San Antonio. Compelling salary ($120k-$150k) and a hybrid work model ahead of a varied caseload across state and federal courts.

The ideal candidate will possess a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to the Texas Bar, and bring 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense, general liability, and related disputes.

Qualifications

• JD from accredited law school.
• Admitted to Texas Bar and in good standing.
• 2+ years of litigation experience; insurance defense exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defend clients in insurance matters including coverage disputes and liability claims.
• Draft pleadings, briefs, motions, and discovery; take and defend depositions.
• Manage caseload from intake through trial or resolution; advise senior partners on strategy.
