This position offers hybrid work flexibility and a competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $180,000, along with bonuses. Responsibilities

• Defend clients in a wide variety of insurance matters: coverage disputes, bad faith claims, product liability, general liability, etc.
• Draft pleadings, briefs, motions, and discovery; take and defend depositions.
• Manage your caseload from intake through trial or resolution. Strategize case directions in consultation with senior partners.
• Handle litigation in both state and federal courts across Texas.
• Negotiate settlements, work with experts, prepare for mediation or arbitration, and see cases through trial when needed.
• Mentor more junior attorneys or associates if you bring that level of experience.
