gpac LLC. is seeking a Full-Time Insurance Defense Paralegal in Columbus, OH. In this in-office role, you will support attorneys with case assessments, drafting pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation, while managing deadlines and client interactions.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience, paralegal education/certification, and strong organizational and communication skills. Benefits include health, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies (Preferred).
• Paralegal Certificate (Preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of litigation paralegal experience (Required).
• Strong understanding of legal motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, and court rules/procedures.

Responsibilities

• Case assessment and research.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and appellate documents; file electronically.
• Assist with interrogatories and discovery; manage pleadings.
• Review medical records and summarize case documents.
• Organize exhibits, evidence, and trial materials.
• Maintain case calendars and trial logistics.
