Responsibilities

• Manage a defense docket of Georgia state and federal matters from answer through trial, with partner oversight on strategy.
• Draft dispositive motions, discovery, Daubert challenges, and motions in limine.
• Take and defend fact, treating-physician, and expert depositions;Prepare case evaluations, litigation plans, and status reports for carrier clients;Try cases — second chair at first, first chair when you are ready.
