We specialize in commercial litigation, intellectual property matters, business services, and insurance defense. We are currently seeking highly qualified and experienced insurance defense litigation attorneys to handle and defend commercial motor carriers, premises owners, and general liability insureds in Georgia state courts.
We are small by design. Associates here do not review documents for two years before seeing a deposition. You will take and defend depositions, argue motions, and attend mediations from the start.
This is a full-time role for an Associate Attorney with at least 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation. The Associate Attorney will handle day-to-day tasks related to legal research, drafting pleadings and discovery, taking depositions, and attending hearings. The primary focus of this position will be insurance defense both for carriers and insureds.
