Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance defense.
• Proven experience handling wrongful death matters.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in insurance defense matters including personal injury, property damage, and wrongful death.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support defense strategies.
• Develop and present defense strategies in court or negotiations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Advise clients on liability issues and risk management.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to manage cases effectively.
• Stay updated on developments in insurance defense to strengthen defense.
• Maintain professionalism and ethical standards.
