Qualifications

• Ability to independently manage deadlines and a litigation caseload.

Responsabilités

• Handle a caseload involving first-party property, insurance coverage, and general liability defense.
• Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Manage written discovery and participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations.
• Communicate with clients, claims professionals, opposing counsel, and others throughout cases.
• Develop case strategies and pursue efficient, favorable resolutions.
• Support coverage analysis, claim evaluation, and litigation strategy.
