Job summary

Lawyers On Demand seeks a Litigation Defense Attorney (Contract) licensed in Virginia and/or Florida to provide ongoing remote defense support for active matters.

You will manage cases through all phases, develop strategies, perform legal research, draft pleadings, assist with discovery and trial preparation while working fully remotely.

Requirements include 3+ years of litigation experience, liability-focused background, and strong writing skills; remote work experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Bar license in Virginia and/or Florida.
• 3+ years managing litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Experience in general liability, premises liability, or auto liability preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing & analytical skills.
• Able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Trial preparation and courtroom support experience preferred.

A leading insurance organization is seeking experienced Litigation Defense Attorneys licensed in Virginia and/or Florida to provide ongoing support managing active litigation matters. This is a long-term remote contract opportunity for attorneys interested in consistent, flexible work supporting insurance defense litigation.
