Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 3-5 years of civil litigation experience (insurance defense experience preferred but not required).
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
• Active Missouri Bar membership (preferance to obtain Illinois Licensure).

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from initial investigation through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials.
• Communicate with clients on case strategy, risk assessment, and developments.
• Collaborate with partners, paralegals, and experts to drive cases forward.
