Responsibilities

• Draft coverage opinions and letters regarding insurance coverage.
• Advise insurers on duty to defend and indemnity obligations.
• Litigate declaratory actions and coverage disputes in state or federal court.
• Manage discovery, motions, and dispositive motions in coverage cases.
• Review and revise policy language and risk transfer strategies.
