Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation from pleadings to trial appearances.
• Draft pleadings and motions and conduct written discovery.
• Take and defend depositions and conduct legal research.
• Communicate with clients and prepare for trial; provide courtroom appearances as needed.
