Qualifications

• 8+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
• Dual licensure in New Mexico or Oklahoma is a plus.
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Texas.

Responsibilities

• Handle insurance defense matters including personal injury and construction cases.
• Manage cases independently and collaborate with team members.
• Conduct court appearances, hearings, and depositions.
• Communicate with clients and prepare monthly status reports.
• Maintain an average of 180 billable hours per month.
• Maintain an average of 180 billable/collected hours per month, unless otherwise approved by firm management.

• Handle a broad range of insurance defense matters, including personal injury, construction, premises liability, and trucking cases
• Manage cases independently while also collaborating effectively with team members
• Conduct regular court appearances, hearings, and depositions
• Communicate with clients and prepare monthly status reports
• Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high‑quality work product
• Maintain an average of 180 billable/collected hours per month, unless otherwise approved by firm management

Experience & Requirements

• 8+ years of insurance defense litigation experience
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal advocacy skills
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Texas
• Dual licensure in New Mexico or Oklahoma is a plus
