Responsibilities will include:

1. Manage a significant caseload from inception to post-trial.
2. Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
3. Prepare pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and other litigation documents.
4. Provide timely reports to insurance carriers and clients regarding case status and activities.
5. Develop clients through relationship-building methods.
6. Travel to various courthouses and other locations as required.
7. Meet monthly billing requirements.

Skills and Competencies:

• Knowledge and expertise in all phases of litigation from pleadings through trial.
• Experience in taking and defending depositions.
• Strong oral advocacy and excellent writing skills.
• Ability to evaluate cases effectively.

Qualifications:

• Good Standing Member of the Florida Bar.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Time Matters, Juris, and Acuity is a plus.
• Technologically confident, comfortable with process management systems and automation.
