Job summary

W3Global in Greenville, SC seeks an Insurance Defense Attorney to join its growing team. The attorney will manage litigation from investigation to resolution, draft pleadings and settlement agreements, and participate in hearings, depositions, and mediations.

Qualified candidates will have a JD from an accredited law school, be licensed in South Carolina, and possess at least three years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense.
• Licensed to practice law in South Carolina.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation from initial investigation through to case resolution.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Collaborate closely with clients and the legal team to develop case strategy.
• Demonstrate excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Maintain attention to detail and manage multiple deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with clients and industry professionals.
