The Hustead Law Firm, located in the Denver Tech Center, seeks an experienced Associate Attorney with 2–7 years of litigation experience to join our collaborative team.

The ideal candidate will handle insurance-related matters including coverage disputes, personal injury, premises liability, construction defect, surety bond, and bad faith litigation, and will be proficient in depositions, dispositive motions, and hearings in state and federal courts.

Qualifications

• 2–7 years of litigation experience, preferably with insurance-related matters.
• Solid experience in investigating and defending first- and third-party claims.
• Experience preparing and arguing dispositive motions and appearing at hearings.
• Colorado licensure to practice law is required or imminent.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Litigation duties across state and federal courts as needed.
• Investigate/defend first- and third-party claims and manage depositions.
• Draft dispositive motions and accompany hearings with solid advocacy.
• Perform legal research and write clear, persuasive motions and briefs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members on complex insurance-related matters.
