Job summary

EXL seeks an experienced Product Owner/Manager to lead the vision, roadmap, and prioritization for insurance data, pricing, and analytics platforms in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with business, underwriting, operations, and technology to translate requirements into user stories and functional specs, driving pricing, rating, profitability, reporting, and analytics across insurance products and functions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Owner/PM/BA roles within insurance.
• Strong P&C knowledge including underwriting, pricing, claims, analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage product vision, roadmap, backlog, and prioritization for insurance data, pricing, and analytics platforms.
• Lead data modernization, data migration, and digital transformation programs aligned with enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with business, underwriting, operations, and tech stakeholders to translate requirements into user stories and specs.
