Jason Suemoto-Farmers Insurance Agency in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys helping others, thrives in a high performing group, is self motivated and organized.

You will handle policy changes, answer incoming claim calls, process requests, assist clients with e-signatures and online accounts, and deliver proactive support with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Must possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Must have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
• Possess a Nevada Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Document each customer contact in eAgent.
• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Assist new clients with e-signatures, online accounts and mobile apps.
• Conduct policy and coverage reviews.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
