Job summary

Paula Faivre - State Farm Agent is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Virginia Beach, VA to deliver exceptional experiences for customers and support the growth of the insurance business.

The role requires coordinating with other team members, resolving inquiries, taking payments, and updating policy information while building strong community relationships. A Property & Casualty license is required, with Life/Health licensing expected within 30 days of hire.
