The position offers a base hourly pay of $18–$22, with potential performance-based increases and monthly bonuses. Typical hours are Mon–Thu 8:30–4:30 and Fri 8:30–3, with paid holidays, PTO, 401(k) matching, and insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license in North Dakota preferred or ability to obtain quickly.
• Prior insurance experience preferred, prior fast-paced office experience required.
• Ability to pass required background checks for licensing.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Patience, empathy, and conflict resolution ability.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients by phone and in person.
• Assist with claims support and follow-up.

We are seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and thrives in a detail-oriented environment. In this role, you will assist clients with policy questions, claims support, billing inquiries, and policy changes while helping maintain the high standards our office is known for.

• Base hourly pay of $18-$22 to start, with performance-based increases and monthly bonus opportunities
• Mon-Thur 8:30-4:30, Friday 8:30-3 (1pm during summer) must meet 40 hours on days of your choosing
