Qualifications

• Experience in sales and/or customer service is required.

• Committed to ongoing licensing and education in insurance (P&C and Life/Health)

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries about insurance availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Educate customers using a needs-based approach to discuss insurance options.
