EIG Insurance Center in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a friendly, observant Customer Service Representative to be the voice of the agency for personal and business coverage questions. You will help clients feel secure by guiding them through policy details and billing with clarity.

Ideal candidates have an Arizona property & casualty license, bilingual Spanish skills, and proven customer service experience in insurance or financial services.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License for Arizona.
• Previous customer service experience in insurance/financial services.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Technical proficiency with standard office software and agency management systems.
• Strong organizational habits and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our policyholders, answering questions about their coverage and billing with patience and clarity.
• Manage incoming policy changes and process endorsements accurately to ensure our clients are always properly protected.
• Work closely with our agents to resolve complex issues and provide thorough follow-up on outstanding tasks.
• Help our clients understand their policy documents, explaining terms and conditions in simple, relatable language.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and maintain up-to-date client records in our database.
• Participate in team check-ins to share insights and improve our collective service standards.
