Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Provide prompt, accurate, professional, and friendly customer service.
• Respond to customer questions regarding insurance coverage, billing, policy changes, transfers, claims submissions, and other service needs.
• Conduct customer-focused, needs-based conversations to help customers better understand their insurance options.
• Assist customers with Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance products.
• Identify opportunities to help existing customers with additional products or services that may meet their needs.
• Maintain accurate customer and policy information.
• Coordinate with other agency team members to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding service requests and policy needs.
• Contribute to agency retention, customer satisfaction, and overall growth.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling customer information.
