Formación

• Sales experience preferred.

• Able to relate to customers and explain options clearly.
• Property Casualty license (must be able to obtain).

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service for inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing clarifications.
• Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based approach.
