This role blends service leadership with production accountability and requires strong team guidance.

Key duties include overseeing daily service activity, reviewing policies, and identifying coverage gaps.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required prior to starting.
• PA P&C must be obtained before Day 1 if not licensed.
• PA Life, Accident & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily customer service activity across the office
• Handle complex service issues while identifying coverage gaps
• Conduct policy reviews and proactively recommend additional protection
• Drive retention and cross-sell activity within the existing book
• Track service metrics and production results
• Support outreach initiatives that generate referral opportunities
• Maintain compliance with agency and Pennsylvania regulatory standards
• Collaborate with leadership to meet office growth goals
