Job summary

CHARLES E OSBURN II Insurance Agency seeks a highly organized Customer Service Representative to support existing clients by reviewing policy renewals, re-marketing coverage, and ensuring value. You will rewrite policies when a better option is found, process endorsements, and maintain strong client relationships in a casual, team-focused office.

Open to candidates with or without prior insurance experience if they bring excellent customer service and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Preferred: at least 1 year of insurance experience.
• Open to candidates without insurance experience if they have a strong background in customer service, account management, or administrative roles.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Review and discuss upcoming policy renewals with clients.
• Re-market policies across multiple carriers to ensure competitive pricing and coverage.
• Rewrite policies when a better option is identified.
• Process policy endorsements and updates.
• Maintain consistent follow-up on tasks until completion.
• Communicate professionally and clearly with clients via phone, email, and in person.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
