Job summary

Kingston West Family Chiropractic is seeking an Insurance CSR to serve as a liaison between clients, insurance carriers, producers, and agency leadership. Responsibilities include responding to client requests, processing policy changes, issuing certificates of insurance, and assisting with renewals.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests, process policy changes, issue certificates of insurance, and assist with renewals.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional client service. The successful candidate should be comfortable working with both commercial and personal insurance products and willing to develop a strong understanding of the unique insurance needs of nonprofit organizations.
