• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service to all clients.
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy updates, billing, and claims.
• Educate customers through a needs-based review process about various insurance products and options available through State Farm.
• Support policy changes, transfers, and provide clear explanations for clients.
• Collaborate with team members to support office objectives and customer needs.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach in problem-solving and issue resolution.
