The Missouri Valley Chamber in Missouri Valley, Iowa, seeks a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support a busy insurance agency. You will maintain accurate records and ensure timely handling of policy changes and billing questions.

You will work closely with agents and underwriters, prepare quotes, and assist with new business applications while supporting daily office operations and client confidentiality.

Formación

• Minimum requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and software.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and updates accurately and timely.
• Assist clients with billing questions, payment processing, and policy documentation.
• Schedule appointments and maintain organized client files and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with agents and underwriters to resolve client issues and policy concerns.
• Prepare quotes and assist with new business applications under supervision.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive client information.
• Support daily office operations and participate in ongoing training.
