Job summary

Jason Street - Allegiance Insurance is seeking an Insurance CRM Manager in New Jersey to oversee AMS 360 and maintain client data. You will also assist producers with proposals, renewals, and filings while keeping accurate records across CRM and QuickBooks.

The role requires proficiency with AMS 360, AgencyZoom, and QuickBooks, along with solid data-entry and customer-service skills. A Property & Casualty license is expected within 9–12 months.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating with clients and preparing proposals.
• Ability to gather and enter customer information accurately.
• Familiarity with insurance processes, documents, and filings.
• Ability to obtain Property and Casualty licensing within 9–12 months.
• Proven ability to support producers and close sales in insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage CRM AMS 360 and enter client data accurately.
• Process and review insurance documents; collect payments when needed.
• Prepare proposals and bind policies for existing clients on renewal or new business.
• Assist producers with schedules, summaries, and renewal proposals.
• Maintain client files and upload documents in the CRM system.
