Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Previous insurance agency or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client requests effectively.
• Proficiency with computer systems and agency management software.
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary resource for clients by answering questions and providing policy support.
• Assist customers with policy changes, endorsements, renewals, billing inquiries, and coverage updates.
• Review policies with clients to ensure coverage aligns with their needs.
• Process customer requests accurately and efficiently while maintaining compliance standards.
• Assist with quoting and policy servicing activities as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records within agency systems.
• Proactively follow up with clients to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to support agency goals and client retention efforts.
• Help identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and improve account retention.
