Jason Street - Allegiance Insurance is seeking a Bilingual Insurance CSR / Administrative Assistant to join our team in New Jersey. The role supports producers with prospecting, marketing, and quoting for Commercial, Personal Lines, Life and Benefits accounts.

The candidate will handle data entry, answer phones, guide clients through procedures, and assist with proposals and renewals. The position emphasizes bilingual communication, licensing, and the ability to grow client relationships while

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Must have an active Property & Casualty license.
• Ability to generate new business sales, retain existing business, and to close sales in insurance.
• Proficient in data entry and customer service.
• Familiarity with CRM and insurance documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet customers as part of customer service.
• Process and review insurance documentation to ensure completeness.
• Take payments from customers and process them.
• Maintain office supply inventory.
• Back-up for other roles as needed.
• File and maintain customer insurance files (confidential).
• Identify and develop insurance prospects and appropriate markets.
• Create insurance proposals and make sales presentations to prospective clients and bind policies.
• Submit applications and related documentation to insurance markets.
