Qualifications

• Admitted to the Illinois bar and in good standing.
• Extensive oral-argument, research and writing skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and prioritize deadlines.
• German language skills or European experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in high-stakes disputes and insurance coverage matters.
• Manage a caseload of about 20 matters and supervise junior staff.
• Draft, respond to, and manage discovery; take and defend depositions.
• Prepare and argue motions; handle case materials for mediation/trial.
