Leading international law firm in Miami, FL, is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Insurance Coverage Practice Group. The role focuses on complex coverage disputes and market conduct matters for domestic and international insurers.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of substantive litigation experience and strong writing and analytical skills. The position offers a hybrid work model, exposure to high-profile matters, and mentorship within a global platform to advance a career in insurance

Formación

• JD from ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Florida Bar admission in good standing is required.
• 2–4 years of substantive litigation experience focusing on insurance coverage matters.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze insurance policies and draft detailed coverage opinions.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, and other tools.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Draft interrogatories, document requests, and responses.
• Review and analyze document collections in preparation for litigation.
• Engage with domestic and international insurers and collaborate with partners.
