Our Miami, FL-based client is a leading international law firm seeking a Senior Associate Attorney in the Insurance Coverage Practice Group. The role focuses on high‑value coverage litigation for domestic and international insurers, handling policies, opinions, and strategic client advisement.

Candidates should have a JD from an ABA‑accredited school, Florida bar admission, 5–7 years of litigation experience in insurance coverage, and strong research/writing skills.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Florida in good standing.
• 5–7 years of substantive litigation experience with focus on insurance coverage matters.
• Experience analyzing complex insurance policies.
• Ability to provide clear coverage recommendations.
• Drafting litigation-related documents and participating in depositions/mediations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies and draft detailed coverage opinions.
• Provide actionable coverage recommendations for clients.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, and other tools.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Draft interrogatories and document requests, and responses.
• Review and analyze document collections for litigation readiness.
• Engage in direct communication with domestic and international insurers.
• Collaborate with partners to advance case objectives efficiently.
