Job summary

Qualifications

3–6 years of litigation, arbitration, and/or insurance/reinsurance experience.
Admissions to California state bar is a must.
JD from a top-tier accredited law school with strong academic credentials.

Responsibilities

Handle coverage and insurance defense matters for the insured, litigation, and arbitration.
Conduct legal research, draft legal memoranda and other litigation-related documents, and provide high-quality legal advice.
Prepare and manage cases, offer legal strategies, and participate in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations to assist with and be part of a top-tier legal team.
Efficiently manage multiple cases with a keen eye for detail and superior organizational skills.
