As an associate, you will handle coverage and insurance defense matters, litigation, and arbitration. Conduct legal research, draft legal memoranda and other litigation-related documents, and provide high-quality legal advice. Be able to prepare and manage cases, offer legal strategies, and participate in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations to assist with and be part of a top-tier legal team. Efficiently manage multiple cases with a keen eye for detail and superior organizational skills.
5+ years of litigation, arbitration, and/or insurance/reinsurance experience. Experience handling discovery, depositions, trial preparation, and court proceedings. A Juris Doctorate (JD) from a top-tier accredited law school with strong academic credentials. Must have exceptional legal research, writing, communication, analytical, time management, organizational, and verbal skills. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
