• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies and evaluate coverage issues.
• Prepare coverage opinions and reservation of rights, denial, and other letters.
• Represent insurers in insurance coverage litigation.
• Manage matters through pleadings, discovery, motion practice, mediation, trial, and appeal.
• Communicate analyses and maintain strong client relationships.
