• The practice's representation includes monitoring, mediations, arbitrations, and declaratory relief litigation in state and federal courts throughout the United States.
• The firm represents primary and excess insurers, reinsurers, third-party administrators, managing general agents, insurance brokers and agents, and independent adjustment companies.
