Qualifikationen

• Insurance coverage experience is a plus; defense-side experience is also relevant
• Strong legal writing, analytical, policy interpretation, and coverage analysis skills
• Experience advising institutional or corporate clients; technology clients preferred; ability to manage matters independently
• Familiarity with Westlaw, LexisNexis, and Microsoft Office

Aufgaben

• Analyze commercial insurance policies including general liability, D&O, E&O, cyber, and property coverage
• Advise corporate and technology clients on coverage strategy and procurement considerations
• Manage client relationships and your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Litigate coverage disputes in California state and federal courts including depositions, motions, and court filings
• Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights responses, and demand letters guiding matters from intake through resolution
