• Strong legal research and writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle insurance coverage disputes in the commercial insurance sector.
• Conduct factual investigations, discovery, pleadings, and depositions.
• Argue motions and participate in mediation.
• Communicate with clients regarding coverage positions and issues.
