• Minimum five years of experience in insurance coverage disputes or related litigation.
• Active bar license in the state of the office applied to or ability to obtain promptly.
• Experience handling all phases of complex commercial litigation and insurance coverage matters.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in insurance coverage disputes and related litigation.
• Manage all phases of complex commercial litigation including investigations, discovery, pleadings, depositions and motions.
• Communicate with clients regarding coverage positions, reservations of rights, and policy interpretations.
