Qualificações

• Minimum five years of experience preferred in insurance coverage disputes and complex commercial litigation.
• Strong legal research and writing skills are essential.
• Active bar license in the state of the applying office or a commitment to obtain one promptly.

Responsabilidades

• Manage insurance coverage disputes and all phases of complex litigation (investigation, discovery, pleadings, depositions).
• Engage in mediation, argue motions, and maintain proactive client communication.
• Review insurance policies, draft coverage evaluations and reservation of rights letters, and advise clients on coverage positions.
