Qualifications

• 3+ years of insurance coverage experience
• First-party property experience strongly preferred
• Experience with EUOs, depositions and motion practice
• Specialist Insurance Practice: platform focused on insurance coverage and defense litigation

Responsibilities

• Analyse first-party property policies and complex coverage issues
• Advise insurers on pre-suit strategy, exposure and claim resolution
• Handle EUOs, depositions, pleadings, motions and mediations
• Litigate coverage disputes from inception through resolution
