Qualifications

• 4+ years of insurance coverage experience.
• Strong policy interpretation and coverage advisory background.
• Experience with CGL, professional liability, property, casualty and/or related coverage.
• Active New York Bar admission.

Responsibilities

• Advise insurers on coverage analysis, policy interpretation and complex exposures
• Draft coverage opinions, reservation-of-rights and disclaimer correspondence
• Manage discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, mediation and arbitration
• Work directly with carriers, underwriters and experienced coverage partners
